ACT

NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya and the following instruction to Spectrum Auctioneers from our principal Bido Transporters Limited, to the owners of motor vehicles, which are lying idle and unclaimed at Bido Transporters yard at Industrial Area, Addis Ababa Road, to collect the said motor vehicles, at the said yard within thirty (30) days from the date of this publication of this notice. Failure to which Spectrum Auctioneers, Nairobi shall proceed to dispose of the said motor vehicles, motor cycles and scrap by the way of public auction on behalf of Bido Transport ltd if they remain uncollected/unclaimed: Particulars of Unclaimed Property KCP 178X,KCP 158X AND Trailer ZG 0628 L. K MATIVO, MR/5164915 for Spectrum Auctioneers.
