NOTICE is issued given pursuant to sections 5, 6 and 7 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owner of motor vehicle: KAK 100P, BMW E39, to take delivery of the said motor vehicle from Greatfix Auto Garage, upon payment of all outstanding labour charges, storage and any other incidental costs within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, the said motor vehicle shall be sold without further notice.
