NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 26th April, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 24, in Volume D1, Folio 1136/1535, File No. MMXXII, by our client, Fredrick Omondi Odera, of P.O. Box 49204– 00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Fredrick Omondi Odero alias Fred Omondi Odero, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Fredrick Omondi Odero alias Fred Omondi Odero, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Fredrick Omondi Odera, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Fredrick Omondi Odera only.
