NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 25th April, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 2318, in Volume D1, Folio 1021/1535, File No. MMXXII, by our client, Journing Pinky Karambu Matheta, of P.O. Box 26158–00504, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Lucy Karambu Matheta, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Lucy Karambu Matheta, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Journing Pinky Karambu Matheta, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Journing Pinky Karambu Matheta only.
