NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 18th April, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1432, in Volume D1, Folio 130/1401, File No. MMXXIII, by our client, Phelix Oswea Musera, of P.O. Box 77, Maragoli in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Phelix Osweya Musera, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Phelix Osweya Musera, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Phelix Oswea Musera, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Phelix Oswea Musera only.
