NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 13th March, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 2015, in Volume D1, Folio 115/1291, File No. MMXXIII, by our client, Asili Haro Ture (guardian), of P.O. Box 266–60700, Moyale in the Republic of Kenya, on behalf of Najma Chaltu Kimani Mburu (minor), formerly known as Najma Chaltu Haro, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Najma Chaltu Haro, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Najma Chaltu Kimani Mburu, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Najma Chaltu Kimani Mburu only.
