TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: THE KENYA GAZETTE 2nd June, 2023 CAUSE NO. E9 OF 2023 By Samuel King Oranga alias Sam Oranga, of 48, Edwards Way, Hutton, Brentwood, CM 131, IBT, United Kingdom, for the sealing of a grant of probate of the will of Millicent Phoebe Obonyo alias Millicent Obonyo, who died at Garden Neurological Centre, High Wych Road, Sawbridgeworth, on 25th March, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
