TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: 2nd June, 2023 THE KENYA GAZETTE CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2023 By (1) Abbysai A. Buyengo and (2) Helgah Amakobe Buyengo, both of P.O. Box 560, Kakamega in Kenya, the deceased’s brother and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elkana Buyengo Aronah, who died on 17th March, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
