TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: THE KENYA GAZETTE 2nd June, 2023 CAUSE NO. E7 OF 2023 By (1) Christopher Ndungu Mbugua, and (2) Monica Njeri Mbugua, both of P.O. Box 1295-20300, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dominic Mbugua Gathea, who died at Benedict XVI, on 26th October, 2020. CAUSE NO. E28 OF 2022 By (1) Rose Wangari Gitonga, (2) Peter Kariuki Gitonga and (3) Simon Wanjohi Gitonga, all of P.O. Box 40, Ndaragwa in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and children, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Gitonga Runyui, who died at Nyahururu Hospital in Kenya, on 5th August, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
