TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 73 OF 2022 By (1) Joshua Kibet Bowen and (2) Kiprop Bowen, both of P.O. Box 43–30101, Ainabkoi in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, through Mesrss. Tum & Associates, advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kibowen Kipkemei, who died at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 18th February, 2009. CAUSE NO. 119 OF 2022 By (1) Florence Jelagat and (2) Gladys Cheruto Biwott, both of P.O. Box 2654–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sylvester Kipchumba Biwott, who died at Karen Hospital in Kenya, on 17th May, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
