TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E10 OF 2023 By Benard Kiprotich Soi, of P.O. Box 1314, Kericho in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samwel Kipterer Ngetich, who died at Ainamoi, Kericho, on 25th August, 2022. CAUSE NO. E12 OF 2023 By Naomi Chepkorir Langat, of P.O. Box 1863, Nakuru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joel Kimetet, who died at Nakuru War Memorial Hospital in Kenya, on 17th July, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
