TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E34 OF 2022 By Kabunda Kitsao, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kitsao Konde, who died at Marereni, on 29th September, 2011. CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2023 By Abubakar Khamis Faraj, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Khamis Faraj, who died on 23rd September, 2022. CAUSE NO. E11 OF 2023 By Burattin Riccarda Gotti, the executor of the deceased’s last will, for a grant of letters of administration testate to the estate of Dario Luigi Gotti, who died at Lugano Ti, on 12th November, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
