TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: THE KENYA GAZETTE 2nd June, 2023 CAUSE NO. E127 of 2022 By (1) Emily Chepngetich Chelule and (2) Robert Kipkoech Korir, both of P.O. Box 81–20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sammy Kipkorir Cheluleh, who died at Advent Medicare and Maternity Centre, on 21st February, 2021. CAUSE NO. E96 OF 2023 By (1) John Manyara Waihenya and (2) James Manyara Waihenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Waihenya Manyara, who died at Lare, on 9th October, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
