TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E59 OF 2023 By Peter Maina Thuo, of P.O. Box 47, Solai in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hannah Nyawira Kimondo, who died at Ruiru, on 12th April, 2022. CAUSE NO. E87 OF 2023 By (1) Virginia Wanjiru Mwangi, (2) Joyce Wanjiku Mwangi and (3) Leah Nyambura Wambuku, all P.O. Box 128–20106, Molo in Kenya, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lydiah Wambuku Mwangi alias Lydia Wambuku Mwangi, who died at Elburgon Hospital, Nakuru in Kenya, on 24th August, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
