TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E100 OF 2023 By Benard Odhiambo Otieno, of P.O. Box 166, Kombewa in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julius Okungu Ongawo alias Julius Okungo Ongao, who died at Alwala, on 23rd July, 2008. CAUSE NO. 144 OF 2023 By Milka Atieno Anyango, of P.O. Box 1921–40100, Kisumu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Johana Okech Modho, who died at Manyatta “B”, on 24th December, 1993. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
