TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E140 OF 2023 By (1) Henry Kamiti Kariuki and (2) Jackline Wacu Muniu, both of P.O. Box 1702, Thika in Kenya, the deceased’s son and granddaughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rebeka Wacoro Kariuki, who died at Mugutha Sub-location, on 9th July, 2020. CAUSE NO. E166 OF 2023 By (1) Simon Kimani Wanyoike and (2) Caroline Margaret Wairimu Kimemia, both of P.O. Box 775, Gatundu in Kenya, the deceased’s son and stepdaughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wanyoike Njui, who died at Kanyoni Gichagi, on 19th July, 2008. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
