TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E47 OF 2023 By Lizza Wamuyu Moses, of P.O. Box 555, Athi River in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Grace Mamka Makata, who died at Aga Khan Hospital in Kenya, on 19th July, 2006. CAUSE NO. E48 OF 2023 By (1) Catherine Wangari Gakuya and (2) Lizza Wamuyu Moses, both of P.O. Box 916, Thika in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moses Wambugu Muregi, who died at Kenyatta University Teaching Research and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 23rd November, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
