TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 174 OF 2023 By Moses Githaiga Gichangiru, of P.O. Box 87, Wanguru in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bilha Mbaire Gichangiru alias Bilha Mbaire alias Mbiriha Mbaire, who died at Mbombo, on 8th July, 1992. CAUSE NO. 175 OF 2023 By (1) Nancy Wanjeri Mbugua and (2) Immaculate Wagechi King’ori, both of P.O. Box 177, Narumoru in Kenya, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Gicheha Mwangi, who died on 31st December, 2022. CAUSE NO. 191 OF 2023 By (1) Annah Muthoni Mwangi and (2) Joseph Nyoike Mwangi, both of P.O. Box 1371, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased’s mother and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lucy Wairimu Mwangi, who died at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 27th June, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
