TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E41 OF 2023 By Cadia Lockwood Chem, of P.O. Box 44801–001011, Nairobi in Kenya, the executor of the deceased’s will, for a grant of probate of written will testate to the estate of Emma Lockwood Chen, who died at Nanyuki Cottage, on 28th July, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
