TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E136 OF 2023 By Patrick Wamugunda Macere, of P.O. Box 79, Kutus in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jason Machere Gakou alias Machere Gakou, who died at Mukithi, on 18th March, 2002. CAUSE NO. E143 OF 2023 By (1) Jephitha Kinyeki Nguu and (2) Mary Wambui Karitu, both of P.O. Box 109, Wang’uru in Kenya, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndoro Macharia, who died at District Hospital, Kerugoya in Kenya, on 11th March, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
