E85 OF 2023 By (1) Lucy Kangai and (2) Benson Kobia Kimathi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Amos Kimathi Joses alias Joses Kamathi Amos, who died at Tigania Hospital in Kenya, on 28th February, 2015. CAUSE NO. E86 OF 2023 By Charity Kangai M’Licoro, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Richoro Kayogi alias M’Richoro Kajogi, who died at Tigania Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 18th July, 2009. CAUSE NO. E87 OF 2023 By Kenedy Bariu Maore, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kirinyia Muriki alias Kirichia Muriki, who died at Kiengu, on 1st January, 1988. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
