TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 96 of 2023 By Agnes Mokeira Nyakoni, of P.O. Box 590–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyakoni Machwati Oendo alias Johnson Nyakoni Machwati, who died on 2nd February, 1998. CAUSE NO. 138 OF 2023 By Peter Mokua Ondieki, of P.O. Box 828, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mokomba Mokomba, who died at Keboye, on 12th September, 1974. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
