Box 1–80200, Malindi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kazungu Mwamure Thoya, who died at Jimba, on 14th July, 1983. CAUSE NO. 60 OF 2023 By Esther Asha Fondo, of P.O. Box 1–80200, Malindi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kaka Kivulu Ngonyo alias Josephat Kaka Kavilo, who died at Malindi Hospital in Kenya, on 9th June, 2006. CAUSE NO. 66 OF 2023 By Wilson Kahaso Katana, of P.O. Box 90, Gede in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kahaso Mwangala Tsuma, who died on 22nd March, 2021.
