Box 77, Kiria-ini in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Marythiani Wangui Nduiga alias Wangui Nduiga, who died at Kamacharia, on 22nd April, 1995. CAUSE NO. E59 OF 2023 By Allan Gathura Macharia, of P.O. Box 7, Gitugi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Macharia Kugwa, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 15th August, 2021. CAUSE NO. E62 OF 2023 By Philip Macharia Mbweri, of P.O. Box 117, Kiria-ini in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nahashon Mbweri, who died at Kiria-ini Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 8th September, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
