TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E67 OF 2023 By Kadzitu Thoya Baya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thoya Baya Nyundo, who died at Kilifi, on 3rd February, 2013. THE KENYA GAZETTE 2nd June, 2023 CAUSE NO. E76 OF 2023 By Robert Mbui Mwagwabi, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maclean Mbui Robert Mwavita, who died at Coast General Hospital in Kenya, on 25th October, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
