E154 OF 2022 By (1) Grace Waihuni Gichohi and (2) Paul Jambo Chilango, both 1281, Kilifi in Kenya the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Geoffrey Chilango Deche, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 7th March, 2022. CAUSE NO. 26 OF 2023 By (1) Hannah Wacera Mwangi and (2) Margaret Wanjiku Njeri, both of P.O. Box 10233–80100, Bamburi in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Susan Njeri Ngigi, who died at Mtomondoni Estate, on 26th April, 2022. CAUSE NO. E59 OF 2023 By Maurice Katana Mdzomba, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Katana Mdzomba, who died at Kaloleni, Vishakani, on 13th September, 1979. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
