TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 8 OF 2023 By Salome Nzula Ndeti, of P.O. Box 7, Iiani in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiilu Kavuti Musyoka, who died at Iiani, on 13th August, 2021. CAUSE NO. 18 OF 2023 By (1) Grace Mbenge Kimondiu, (2) Juliana Mbithe Stephen and (3) Charles Ng’athu Kakui, all of P.O. Box 80–00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Kimondyo Kakui alias Stephen Kimondiu Kakui alias Stephen Kimondio Kakui alias Stephen K. Kakui, who died at Kitaingo, on 15th March, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
