CAUSE NO. E16 OF 2023 By Evans Lihanda Mukuru, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mukuru Malungu, who died at Shiru Sub-location, on 31st March, 2000. CAUSE NO. E109 OF 2022 By Onike Gulavidali, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Mugalo Nambo alias Samwel Mugaro Nambo, who died at Gavudia Sub-location, on 14th September, 2004. CAUSE NO. E68 OF 2023 By (1) Aggrey Ngusale Endegule and (2) Michael Jumba Endegula, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thomas Endengule Ung’alo, who died at Friends Hospital Kaimosi in Kenya, on 22nd September, 1982.
