E9 OF 2023 By Paul Amiga Nyabera, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simion Nyabera Mbogani alias Simeon Nyabera, who died at Gasianga Sub-location, on 30th October, 1995. CAUSE NO. E10 OF 2023 By Musa Mumela Keya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Keya Kiyundi alias David Keya, who died at Tigoi Sub-location, on 9th September, 1999. CAUSE NO. E13 OF 2023 By Wilfred Malungu, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sakali Malungu, who died at Makuchi Sub-location, on 2nd March, 1996. CAUSE NO. E120 OF 2023 By Miriam Muhonja Malova, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Adogo Chadeya alias Adogo Chedeya, who died at Lyaduywa Sub-location, on 4th December, 2004.
