TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E11 OF 2023 By Pkanan Philemon L. Amonywal, of P.O. Box 152, Kapenguria in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lolinganyang Amoywan, who died at Kapchila Sub-location, on 28th February, 2011. CAUSE NO. E12 OF 2023 By (1) Alice Chepkiach Kasserich and (2) Damaris Chemsto Kasorich, both of P.O. Box 174, Kapenguria in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Pchakasan Ngiro alias Wiliam Pchakasan Kasserich, who died at Mwotot Sub- location, on 8th January, 2002. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
