TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E40 OF 2023 By Isaac Mburugu Ruguaru, of P.O. Box 2660–60200, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ruguru M’Iburu alias Ruguaru Iburi, who died at Meru, on 30th September, 2010. CAUSE NO. E43 OF 2023 By Shadrack Muthuku Taramba, of P.O. Box 51–60209, Gaitu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Taramba Murama, who died at Mitaratu Sub- location, on 15th May, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
