TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E1 OF 2023 By (1) Sumeya Shaaban Mohamed, (2) Shuaib Shaban Mohamed and (3) Asmahan Shaban Mohamed, all of P.O. Box 621, Nanyuki in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Shaban Mohmoud Mohamed alias Mohamed S. Mohmoud alias Shaban M. Mohamed, who died on 17th November, 2022. CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2023 By Kassim Karoyo Abdallah, of P.O. Box 12, Kutus in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Abdalla Juma Msemakweli alias Imman Abdhalla Juma alias Abdalla Ali Juma, who died on 1st January, 2007. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
