ESTABLISHMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 5 (2) (c) of the Judicial Service Act and section 29 (2) of the Employment and Labour Relations Court Act, the Chief Justice has established an Employment and Labour Relations Court Sub-Registry at Nyamira Law Courts, with effect from the 2nd June, 2023.
