APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 71 (1) (b) of the
Water Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Water, Sanitation and Irrigation appoints—
ARNOLD W. WAMALWA as a member of the Board of Directors of the Water Services
Regulatory Board, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the
