THE KERIO VALLEY DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY ACT

APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 4 (1) (h) of the Kerio Valley Development Authority Act, the Cabinet Secretary for East African Community (EAC), the ASALS and Regional Development appoints— Simon Kalekem, Shadrack Kiptugen, to be members of the Kerio Valley Development Authority, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 9th June, 2023. The appointments effected vide Gazette Notice Nos. 8830/2022 and 9361/2022 are revoked. Dated the 7th June, 2023.
