REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Michelle Lucy Wangui Wanguku, (2) Arthur Kagondu and (3) Caroline Muthoni Wanguku, all of P.O. Box 66452– 00800, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, as the administrators of the estate of Wanguku Cyrus John alias C. J. Wanguku (deceased), are registered as administrators of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 209/7196/66, situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of a lease registered as IR. 38191/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said lease has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
