REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mwakasidi Salimu Malevi, is registered as proprietor in fee simple of all that piece of land containing 1.78 hectares or thereabout, situate in district of Mombasa, known as Plot No. Mombasa/Bububu S.S./1037, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
