REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Sitarani Hiralal Shorilal Luthra, of P.O. Box 11048– 00400, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of a leasehold interest all that piece of land containing 0.1422 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the city of Nairobi, registered as title No. Nairobi/Block 93/1246, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of lease of the said piece of land is missing and whereas all efforts made to locate the said certificate have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to issue another certificate of lease, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
