THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mark Gakuru, as the official receiver as bankruptcy trustee of the estate of Jidalph Thairu Gathanga (deceased), of P.O. Box 30404–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all those pieces of land known as L.R. Nos. 36/III/1043 and 1044, situate in the city of Nairobi, by virtue of a an indenture of conveyance registered in Nairobi as volume N15, Folio 226/7, file 6722, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, and whereas the registered proprietor has indemnified against all actions and claims that may be made after reconstruction of the land register, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land register as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
