REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Kasaya Patisi and (2) Rose Ayuma Musawa, both of P.O. Box 10, Malava in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in the district of Kakamega, registered under title No. N/Kabras/Malava/106, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost/destroyed and efforts made to locate the land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
