THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS John Ndungu Mungai, of P.O. Box 850, Molo in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.0464 hectare or thereabouts, known as Mau Summit/Molo Block 1/2074 (Mutirithia), situate in the district of Nakuru, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register opened thereof is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land register under the provisions of section 33 (5), provided that no objection has been received within that period.
