REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Josiah Mucheru B. Kihere (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 0.6972 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Naivasha, known as Naivasha/Maraigushu Block 7/414, and whereas the Senior Resident Magistrate’s Court at Thika in succession cause No. 214 of 2020, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Elizabeth Wambui Mucheru, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said grant document and issue land title deed to the said Elizabeth Wambui Mucheru, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Josiah Mucheru B.
