REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Sila Kangogo Nyekwel (ID/22500967), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, containing 0.0410 hectare or thereabouts, known as Kajiado/Kitengela/12404, situate in the district of Kajiado, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Kajiado in succession cause No. 3 of 2019, has ordered issue of letters of administration to (1) Elizabeth Pereruan Musanka (ID/22971405) and (2) Leah Nasieku Musanka (ID21253900) to be registered as administrators, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I shall issue a new green card provided that no objection has been received within that period.
