REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Benard Mwazuna Mtwanguo (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Mbale/Msau/Shigharo/3099, situate in the district of Taita Taveta, and whereas in the Principal Magistrate’s Court at Wundanyi in succession cause No. 6 of 2018, has issued grant of letters of administration to Clemence Waza Masinde, whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said grant document and issue land title deed to the said Clemence Waza Masinde, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Benard Mwazuna Mtwangao (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
