REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Julius Kabaruku Ndundi (13485042), is registered as proprietor in freehold interest from the Government of the Republic of Kenya, of all that piece of land containing 72 acres or thereabout, known as Plot No. 78, Mambrui-C.R. 5485, situate in Mamburi Municipality in Kilifi District, and whereas a decree in Malindi ELC No. 174 of 2012 (O.S) ELC Court at Malindi decreed that the title and interests of the estates of Mohamed Ali Essajee Bhaijee and Manikilal Palathbhai Dalal has been estinguished, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to proceed and issue a provisional certificate of ownership for L.R. No. 78, Mambrui in the name of Julius Kabaruku Ndundi as decreed by the Court and such issuance of certificate of issued earlier to the aforesaid estates shall be deemed as revoked/cancelled and of no effect.
