PURSUANT to section 15 of the Schedule to the Constitution as read with sections 23 and 24 of Transition to Devolved Government Act, 2012 and further to the Legal Notice No. 16 of 2013, through which the transitional Authority approved the transfer of functions specified in the Schedule to the County Governments with effect from the 9th August, 2013, vide Kenya Gazette Supplement No. 116 (Legislative Supplement No. 51) the County Executive Committee (CEC) Member respenosible for Helath in Murang’a County— (a) gazettes the underlisted as members of the hospital boards, health centres and dispensaries management committees as indicated in respective health facilities as a replacement of members allocated other duties and/or not expressing interest; and (b) gazettes Karurumo Dispensary which is complete and commissioned to start offering health care services.
