pursuant to and in accordance with section 406 of the Insolvency Act, No. 18 of 2015 To whom it may concern: Proposed liquidation of the Company though a creditors voluntary liquidation (a) Pursuant to an extra ordinary meeting of the members of Peri Investments Limited (the Company) held on 18 May 2023 and the resolutions of a board meeting of the Company on the same date, the shareholders and directors of the Company resolved to liquidate the company pursuant to Part VI - Liquidation of Companies, Division 4 (Creditors Voluntary Liquidation) of the Insolvency Act No. 18 of 105 (the Insolvency Act). 2572 2572 (b) It has been resolved that the Company be liquidated by way of a creditor’s voluntary liquidation. To this effect and in accordance with section 406 of the Insolvency Act, all creditors of the Company are hereby notified as follows— (i) that you are hereby invited to attend a meeting of all creditors of the Company, which shall be held virtually on Tuesday, the 30 May 2023 at 4.00 p.m.; (ii) The meeting shall be held via Google Meet whose login details will be shared with the Creditors who shall confirm attendance through consult@ke.pkfea.com; (iii) that pursuant to section 406 (2) (a), the shareholders and directors have proposed the appointment of Mr Peter Kahi holder of Insolvency Practitioner License no OR/IP/005 and of P.O.
