NOTICE is given pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owners of Toyota Saloon, reg No. KAS 340H; Toyota S. Wagon, reg. No. KBR 379F; Toyota Saloon, reg. No. KAV 262N; Toyota Saloon, reg. No. KAM 517C; Toyota S. Wagon, reg. No. KBN 615Q; Toyota S. Wagon, reg. No. KBJ 808P, to collect the said motor vehicles from the premises of Ebenezer Enterprises Limited within Kisumu County, within thirty (30) days from the date of this publication upon proof of ownership and payment outstanding bills, accumulated storage charges, the cost of this publication and any other balances/expenses and or incidental costs, failure to which the said motor vehicle shall be disposed of under the Disposal of the Uncollected Goods Act, by public auctions through Sparknet Auctioneers Services without any other reference to the owners.
