NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 25th May, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1899, in Volume DI, Folio 161/1675, File No. MMXXIII, by our client, Mary Wanja Mwangi, of P.O. Box 57– 10100, Nyeri in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Mwangi Maryanne Wanja, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Mwangi Maryanne Wanja and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Mary Wanja Mwangi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Mary Wanja Mwangi only.
