NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 17th May, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 438, in Volume B-13, Folio 2279/19430, File No. 1637, by our client, Samuel Laurian Samuel, formerly known as Laurian Mwamburi Mwangala, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Laurian Mwamburi Mwangala and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Samuel Laurian Samuel, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Samuel Laurian Samuel only.
